You have 3 different options for accommodation, depending on your choice of membership:
With your comfy membership you get one space in a bunk bed in one of the castle rooms. There will be blankets/pillows provided - but no sheets and linen! Radical self reliance - bring your own. Don't bring sleeping bags, bedsheets are required by the landlord, and linen are the better choice!
Check out the room list to decide in which comfy room you want to be - and reserve a place!
With your cozy membership you get one space for your own mattress in one of the rooms of the castle (Säulenhalle). Be considerate and don't bring a King sized mattress if you're sleeping alone! Sleep tight and leave some space for your fellow cozy sleepers.
With your nature membership you are allowed to camp in the Schloss’ own park, which has huge room for tents and a set of minimal but functional toilets/showers (cold water only!). There will also be plenty of room for silent camping, a bit away from all other facilities. In case of very bad weather, camping participants will be able to bring their beds to one of the big rooms in the castle as emergency solution. All camping areas will be marked on the map and on site - please do not camp outside these areas!
There will be a limited number of vehicle passes for those who plan to come with their beloved RV/sleeper van and want to place it in the park to sleep in. Please remember that the Schloss' park is too beautiful to be a parking space! Those who plan to arrive by car will be able to park it in the inner courtyard or in the big parking space behind the castle. If you want to park your vehicle in the park you need to purchase a vehicle pass in addition to your membership. Once parked, the vehicle pass has to be placed visible on the front shield. Your vehicle then should not be moved until the end of the event. The Vehicle Pass isn't a membership but has to be added to your nature membership.
Does Schloss Schönburn have the critical mass for people to organize themselves in camps? You tell us!
No additional rules apply for camps. The basic house rules, camping and sound restrictions have to be followed by camps as well.
